Amazing for Sinus Pain!
I used to roll a cold can of soda over my forehead to help with tension headaches and sinus pain, but it was awkward and not always cold enough. This ice roll is so good at relieving sinus pain and tightness. It froze very quickly and I felt instant relief. The twisting movement even cleared my sinuses and I was able to breathe better straight away. I like it. Highly recommended.
