Impressive Sushi-Cutting Tool

This sashimi knife is a must-have for any sushi chef or home cook who loves to prepare raw fish dishes .After I put it to the test, I was incredibly impressed with the way it glided through the fish creating incredibly thin and uniform slices with ease.
