What can I say other than it does what it advertises. When I bought our Keurig, no filters were included. I love the fact that all I have to do is turn on the faucet and fill the tank. You no longer have to think about buying filtered/distilled water and these little filters take up a lot less space. Put one in and forget about it for two months, then change the filter and turn it off again. The filter holder is easy to install and remove. As for the best cup of coffee, I can definitely tell the difference. Although we have delicious water straight from the tap, this filter removes any buildup that may be present and appears to improve the taste of the water. My wife uses our Keurig Water Brewer to brew her traditional British tea and she is very happy with the taste change. Great product for a great coffee maker.
