Review on Trinsic 24 inch Towel Bar in Champagne Bronze by Delta Faucet - Bathroom Accessories, Model 759240-CZ by Stacy Malcolm

Oddly enough three piece

I bought this to match the rest of our installation as it is a simple clean modern chrome towel rail. It's also slightly thinner than the others as the midshaft is around 5/8 inch long while it's more common to see this style at 3/4 inch or thicker. This makes it look more elegant and modern. However, this pole consists of three parts: two wall brackets and a pole in the middle. This makes sense for many other types of towel rails, since the brackets have a knob or decorative motif that hides the seam. However, since in this case it is just one bar attached to two other bars, the seam is very visible on both brackets. The rod also rotates in the mounts if you don't push it firmly against the mounts, giving the whole contraption a cheap feel. There are several reasons why Delta designed it this way. First, it's easier to make all of this in parts rather than a stick. Secondly, it allows the interchangeability of parts of other sizes and styles. If you are detail oriented I would choose something else. I'm going to use JQK Chrome Towel Rack (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0854BXH7N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which also happens to be cheaper ($15 at the time of this review). ). .
