The back of this iPad case is made of silicone and is unstable. As a result, the iPad pulls too hard on the glass. My iPad broke in my hands and the screen shattered. It has never been dropped or damaged in any way, it was a brand new iPad. I was unable to contact the seller for assistance. I have since replaced the iPad screen and bought a more durable case.
