Brand new in replacement packaging. Quick driver installation from the DisplayLink website and you're done. A NOTICE. I ordered 2 DP (Displayport) to HDMI converters. This allowed me to connect my two Zepter monitors to the plugable docking station. The main reason to get it is the only workaround for the new MacBook Pro M1 processors that only allow 1 monitor out of the box. Immediately after loading the driver and granting dock access to monitors in accessibility mode, it fills 2 screens in addition to the laptop screen under Display - System Preferences. Another bonus. This only occupies 1 USB-C port, allowing the charger to remain connected to the mains. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
