The accuracy of data is really good, easy to track customer behavior with dashboard that provides insights about customers' behaviour when they use your application or website etc., I love this tool as it helps me understand what actions my audience does in real time so i can make changes accordingly for better experience but sometimes its not available online which makes some difficult while managing analytics at large scale level (such than 100+ users).
