block appears to be well made and has a decent range (I didn't find any place where it was "too far" to work. I gave it 4 instead Given 5 stars because It's too difficult to use - instead of just entering your code and it works, you have to press the PIN code, then your code, then the OK button before it sends an open or close signal You select a 6 digit code - cannot create a shorter or longer code Go to the device, press the "Learn" button on the device, and then quickly press the "OK" button on this device (you don't need to enter your PIN code)..The gate opener will learn this device.Then like I said above to manage it you have to press the PIN, the actual code and then ok to make it work.
