Slim + stretch = great
I'm 5'9, 195lbs very athletic and my dress shirt size is a 16 slim with 34/35 sleeves. This shirt fits very well, similar to Calvin Klein xtreme slim shirts and stretches very well too. The medium was a smidge too tight

- Fits as advertised, very comfortable, will be great for summers at the office.
Cons
- Runs very small 2x is like a large.
