So I use it in an unconventional way. I sweat and keep warm under my breasts. I went to a dermatologist to find out why I had a rash and she explained that heat/sweat can cause rashes and yeast growth. So she suggested taking a piece of gauze and trimming it to place under the breasts (combined with a prescription topical cream). It would absorb excess moisture and prevent future rashes. It works so well even without cream! This is my choice in the hot months. The fabric is comfortable and dense, nothing itches. I hope this comment helps others. (Also, I'm not a doctor, please see your doctor if you have any health issues!) Cheers!
