I was very disappointed when I received this item and realized it wasn't reversible like the product description advertised. It was supposed to have 2 different kinds of cascading features, but mine only has the one with the leaves on the front. It doesn't bother me too much that the waterfall is missing because I figured I would prefer the one with leaves more, but it would've been nice to have what I thought I was ordering.The incense aren't great at all and they do smell like burning wood as other reviewers have mentioned, but I don't find them downright terrible. I have found just about every draft that exists in my apartment while trying to get the waterfall effect to work (lol!). The smoke will waterfall if you put it in a draft-free place; I think other reviewers who've said it doesn't work just don't have as much patience as me. 😉I think that with all you're receiving for less than $20, you get what you pay for with the incense. I thought it was nice that they were included but since I will have to buy better quality incense (I have asthma and don't trust that the incense chemicals will be healthy for me), I docked my review a star. I also docked a star for not receiving the correct item. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase.
