Bought for my son's house, built in the early 1960's. One of the filter canisters was missing an O-ring, which was only discovered after attempts were made to stop the leak. Called the support number, explained the situation and received an O-ring two days later. No stress. Easily installed (I have plumbing experience). If you're a jack of all trades, installation is pretty easy.
- 1st stage: 5 micron Quick-Connect sediment filter. Dust, dirt, silt, sand, rust and lime particles are caught here in the filter, which also extends the life of the system.
