There are no side mixer wings. save a lot.
The mixer blades don't have a rubber paddle to get to the sides of the bowl, so the baker has to constantly lift it and clean the bowl of the cheesecake. Because the mixer didn't mix the batter thoroughly, there were chunks of cream cheese in it. It is also difficult to store.
