I5-4690 is the subject of this essay. Sadly, my i5-750@3.5 Ghz had to be swapped out. After 4 years of reliable service, the computer has started to overheat and jerk around. I was compelled to upgrade my system. I had assumed that the performance difference wouldn't be noticeable, but I was wrong. Used to be High MSSAx2 45-60 (with v-sync) FPS on i5-750@3.5 Ghz + GTX770 2GB; now Ultra steady 60 FPS on i5-4690 + GTX770 2GB. In Assassin's Creed Unity, the maximum speed has been increased to 50 meters per second from 30. For i5-750(760) owners only, I have unsubscribed you.
