One of my favorite tops!
I love the top more than the bottoms, I did however take out the padding and the plastic on the sides. That made it super comfortable. I wrote this a lot and the only complaint it’s that the color started fading after a couple of months so now it is a couple different colors. I would but it again if I could but then separate!

- The ruffles may create extra drag and resistance in the water, making it more difficult to swim
