Let me start by saying that Echo Gear's customer service is AMAZING! During installation, I lost or broke one of the soundbar output brackets. Just a tiny little piece connected with a screw to fix the socket. I called Echo Gear and the support rep was very nice. I told him what happened and all he asked me was the model number. After providing my address he told me it would be shipped and delivered within 4-5 business days for free. I received it yesterday and to my surprise they sent me a whole soundbar jack! All I needed was a small bracket for the right side. This kit alone is about $99, so I can say the soundbar edition is about $30. Instead of sending me a small piece of plastic, they sent me the whole thing. Even if it wasn't necessary, thanks to Echo Gear! Ok for installation. You don't have to be a professional to do this. YouTube only and it takes about 30-45 minutes. First of all I went with cords dangling everywhere and when I decided to get a soundbar I wanted to set up my TV in a way that made it look clean with no cords everywhere. If you want to mount your soundbar on the wall and hide all the cables, then this KIT is for you. It's a little pricey but worth it. My best advice: make sure you know how to find the studs in your wall. I had to cut an extra hole because I cut through it and there was a fire block right there so I had to cut underneath. I'll post photos when I get a chance. Everything turned out the way I liked it. Even my girlfriend was amazed. She didn't think I was a handyman. It's all about doing something yourself that's more satisfying when it's done than paying someone to do it. I will definitely be buying Echo gear in the future. If you want great quality with great customer service, I don't mind spending a little more. Keep it up, Echo Gear!
