Review on CROSSFIRE by Narendra Thapa

The ease of use is just awesome to say nothing about it! It's also very convenient for our department employees since they can access their information via mobile devices in real time while out doing business as usual or during an emergency situation that requires them away from base station computers/laptops etc.

I have no complaints what so ever because everything works great when you are using crossfire online but if there was anything i would like improved - maybe more features available offline (mobile device). We've been able improve communication between officers & dispatchers which has allowed us better response times due to quicker notification by both parties involved especially under stressful situations.
