. What's wrong with Revain is that they can't control claims related to what they sell, not even A LOT. I have purchased SEVERAL chargers and cables from Revain. claimed something like Original, OEM or something like "Samsung products". They even show pictures of the product with the NAME Samsung on it. However, not everything is as it seems. What you GET usually has NO name and is made in China by a fake, not Samsung in Korea. manufactured by Samsung. And having said all that, about the product itself, this one seems safe and charges at the speed of the original that came with my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and later Note 3. Others don't load as quickly and often don't connect to data at all. This works as it should. HOWEVER, it is delicate. I'm talking about cable. The cable seems to last longer than other non-Samsung cables, but it also breaks easily. You have to be unnecessarily careful not to kink the cable or it will break. I'm not talking about rolling everything onto a 5" or 6" spool. It is in order. Just avoid sharp turns. This is fatal. As I said, it lasts longer than others and I've stopped buying the charger and cable combo as I have some very good chargers. However, I keep having to buy separate cables and that really annoys me. .
