I like how my controllers look now. They're easy to install and look incredible without sacrificing the quality of the buttons. My first LED kit I got, the LED strips wouldn't stick to the analog stick box and the sticks kept rubbing against it which eventually caused the LEDs under the thumb sticks to fail so I cut them off and put individual sticks on in one of the controllers shown in the picture. In addition, and a somewhat noticeably shorter battery life, I have no problems with this modification. Highly recommended for people who want to learn how to disassemble their controller without accidentally damaging it. Be careful if you haven't already. be very careful I broke 2 controllers trying to take them apart without practice so you have been warned. So, a month later and I think an update is needed. While I'm still very happy with this purchase, I feel like I should make potential buyers aware of a big problem with these things, and they're going to be analog LEDs. I have 4 sets of LED lights and 3 PlayStation 5 controllers, all with these lights, and with all 4 sets that I've installed, within a week or two the LEDs under the joysticks keep failing because even when you install You're right, which I definitely do, there just isn't enough room under the sticks, so when you move them they rub against the LEDs and cause some lights to flicker or go out completely. So in 2 of my 4 LED kits I literally cut off the LEDs that go under the sticks with scissors. And in the 2 I didn't remove, one stick didn't glow blue and the other is now flickering. Extreme Rate really requires an update to the design of the LEDs on the sticks as it's not safe to just attach a wire between the box and the motherboard and using tape won't work as it will still rub on the sticks. So now I have 2 failed LED sets and 2 with the bulbs completely removed. This is unacceptable for the price I paid for these things and I won't be buying them again until they change the design of the lights that go under the sticks. Just awful. My rating went from 5 to 3 stars within a month. Come on guys, this is just bad. Please do something about this huge problem here.
