Review on Sweet Success by Wendell Chapman

The ability to customize our own reports is very helpful in managing all of my clients' accounts as well as being able to pull up an account by number or last 4 digits. I wish we could see more detail about each transaction such as when it was processed/posted into QuickBooks Online vs manual entry from me with no date stamping available at this point yet so that would be nice! We are using sweet success primarily because they have been working hard at implementing new features which has made us want them even better now than before (which isn't easy!). They do listen if you give feedback but sometimes can take awhile since there's many people involved during those processes. Overall great experience though - customer service team really listens and responds quickly whenever necessary without hesitation. As always accounting & finance managers need accessible software to run their business smoothly while keeping track of sales tax returns etc.
