Review on SmartyDrop by Ben Diesel

The customer support team has been so helpful! They are always willing to help, answer questions quickly (even if it's in their own time zone!) or do what they can for you at any hour of day / night - even holidays!! I've never had an issue with them that wasn't resolved within 24 hours after reporting via chat/email etc., which was great as we were just getting started but now this isn’t really necessary anymore given how responsive everyone else seems nowadays :) Also love being able to see all my orders from one place instead having many different tabs open across several platforms when working online vs offline & also not wanting multiple apps installed makes life easier too by only needing 1 app rather than 2-3 ;).
