Review on Bememo 400 Sets 3/16 Inch Multi-Color Metal Eyelets Grommets Kit with Installation Tools, Instructor, and Clear Box by Jennifer Roberts

At first I thought this kit would be a convenient and relatively easy, inexpensive way to add eyelets to my various shoes and sneakers with exposed lace holes. I was very happy with the results until after about a month I noticed that the eyelets were corroding leaving orange-brown rust stains on the laces and on the leather or fabric surrounding each eyelet. A patch of rust also stained the shoes' tongues, which were in contact with the inside of the eyelets. These stains were especially noticeable on my white and other light colored sneakers and shoes. None of these shoes have been exposed to moisture, salt or any other harsh substance other than possible sweat (I've worn running shoes to the gym). Rust stains could not be removed from the leather/fabric, so I now have several pairs of shoes with ugly rust stains. When I reported this issue Revain and the seller offered a very good offer to refund the cost of this product but I would never consider using this product again and I would like to warn all potential buyers of this issue.
