Glad to find this water bottle holder. For those of you who are interested. I use this for my gerbils in a 20 gallon tank. I need something smaller because I fill their aquarium completely with litter (Carefresh) so they can build tunnels. A little more and he will bury or touch the bottom of the cage. The water bottle that fits in (I use 4 ounces) doesn't hold much water, but it will last a couple of days for my two gerbils (their water needs are lower than some rodents. And if you fill and change the water at that size daily ). also fits some other small animals (not recommended for rats. Too small). The holder has a strip that curves on the back to fit a glass container. Not many water bottles/holders are designed to fit me that much pleased to find this one I had another one that I used for about 15 years but it got lost when I moved house. It's the same style and quality as the one I lost.
