Great shoe for crossfit.
I am so happy with these nanos! I've always worn Nike Metcons, but after taking a break from the CrossFit world for a while, I wanted to try something new. I'm so glad I did. Fit is great. I have a narrow foot and was worried the shoe would be too wide at the front, but that's not a problem.
Pros
- Unfortunately, most CrossFit shoes don't come in plus sizes. I had to go half a size up but they fit me.
Cons
- Shoes may not be suitable for people with knee pain.
