Large size that needs to be refilled about every 24 hours after continuous use. You control the amount of cool mist that comes out. I've tried making a small box below where you can add essential oils, but even a few drops end up on your furniture, which isn't very good. I only leave out the light part because I don't like the light when I'm trying to sleep, but it has colored lights that a kid in their room would probably love. Overall this is a good product!
