I hope I have received a rare defective razor on behalf of this company as the one I received was one of the worst purchases I have made in a long time. I used a razor to shave a bald spot and it didn't turn off for more than a few seconds. I have tried different electric razors. This one was the worst of them all. I've read the manual, looked online, tried everything, this thing just sucks. Update I switched from electric shavers (most worked for a few months then died, this one was much worse) to a motor shaver. manual razor. The Moto was still a great shave and surprisingly didn't cut my head. I can travel with the Moto without draining the battery and having to charge it on arrival. The blades are easy to replace and cost about 1/3 the cost of electric blades (the cost of the blade is offset by not having to buy a new electric one every few months). In my opinion, the cost of Moto is worth it.
