Great for massaging!
There is a lot of hype on these tools, and some backlash regarding cultural misappropriation. Disregarding all that, I find that I enjoy using the roller to help massage my jawline in the morning as I grind my teeth. It really helps to relax the muscles and I do get lymph drainage in the process. It comes neatly packaged, so you can give it is a gift. Or keep it for yourself and include in your daily skincare routine.
