Outstanding Addition To Your Training

This last year I began a major overhaul of my workout approach and training to restore my health and to prepare for an ultra endurance event in early 2020. One of the biggest changes I have made is to include multi-body part engagement including balance moves and core training. I have been using Bosuballs and other balance apparatus but wanted to purchase my own that I could use at home. Enter the EveryMile Wobble Balance Board. After only two workouts I found this wobble balance board to be an excellent and inexpensive choice. I was able to incorporate it in a number of weighed and body weight exercises including squats, planks, static stretch core exercises, and other balance and stabilizer movements. The wobble balance board feels sturdy, challenging, and easy to use.For the record, I’m 6’1” and at 230 lbs in this pic and the EveryMile Wobble Balance Board easily supported my size and weight.

Pros
  • Works great
Cons
  • No padding on the handles, had to wrap the handles with pot holders. What a pain
