Review on 💄 Boutique SHANY 40 Colors Neon Eyeshadow Palette by Saul Franco

Like everyone who has bought this eyeshadow palette, we're looking for something cheap. I decided to buy this as I needed a new eyeshadow but don't have a job. I had to apply quite a bit of eyeshadow to get deep pigment when I applied pink to my eyes. The biggest problem for me is that two days later I still can't take my eyes off it. I have used different types of removers and my eyelids have a pink tint. I probably shouldn't have even tried this because I have some pretty horrible skin issues, but the last resort has been causing severe irritation on my face for so long. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone paying five or six bucks more to get a better brand with fewer colors. Very disappointed after reading other reviews.
