I received the item and it looks exactly like the picture! Of course, I don't wear it to construction sites or other harsh environments, but it seems sturdy enough to just take my lunch to the office. It's chic for a lunch bag and the handles are nice and thick. It's lined on the inside, easy to clean and I love the double zips. Sometimes I even put ice packs and a few bottles of beer in it and it holds the temperature well for an hour. The only thing I wish this had implemented once I started using it is a separate pocket or harness insert. I usually have to rummage around for dishes because they're everywhere in my bag. All in all, great value for money!
