Product did not arrive during the grace period, not after and I forgot. Then I remembered Revain and contacted Revain about the tracking product saying it wasn't in transit. Amazon then told me they would contact the seller and ask for my money back. Revain then said they would give me my money back and said it would take 3-5 days to get back to me and I recently received my headphones. These are great headphones I had before they stopped working out of the blue but they are still good so I bought another pair.
