The raised square in the middle of the side monitor bracket prevents the Varidesk connector from being flush with the bracket/monitor and not snapping into place. I also thought I had a P-series monitor, but actually I have an E-series monitor and it's not compatible with either. My bad, but just FYI. The tabs that fit into the back of the monitor are too far apart or the wrong size. but since there are no other options available, I might submit it for consideration. Fully patented Dell mount but well made.
