I don't know if this has happened to anyone else
I don't know if anyone else got their order with leaking liquid every time they refilled but that sucks. I had to open each refill and wipe up the excess liquid that spilled out after you removed the cap. I ordered 2 different flavors and both orders ran out as soon as you removed the lid to put a refill in the dispenser. It may have to do with shipping or something, but otherwise they smell great and aren't as expensive as the ones you buy from reputable stores.
