Very useful: Meat

For roasting/baking meat in the oven, including fish, excellent product. Give a quick reading with a large LED in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. Convenient on/off button. I can't cook without it. I can't digest fish anymore. The battery needs to be replaced from time to time. But don't accidentally throw it in the dishwater like I did. That's why I'm checking it now.

Pros

IMPORTANT: The thermometer will be hot after use. Use oven mitts or oven mitts when handling a hot thermometer.
