The ability to target our audience with great precision is one of my favorite things about this service as it allows us create more targeted content that speaks directly to our clients. I wish there was an easier way to edit or remove rules once created so we can fine tune them over time but overall they have been very useful in creating specific campaigns tailored to individual groups within our organization. We are able to send out personalized mass mailings to many different client segments without having to customize these mails each and every time!
