Overall a disappointment My biggest disappointment is that it doesn't come with EKG or Google Assistant face so has to be used at night before bed for it to work (shame) The new charger is really good and easy to use operate and it only takes a few seconds to change the straps the fit and finish is impeccable...ordered I haven't received the watches for about a month from this date! only about 15 days to then evaluate! Fitbit charges your card or account on the day you place your pre-order, which sucks. Most companies rec We only warn you when the item ships, which is a decent thing. I found it very difficult to communicate with the Fitbit tech support staff as English does not appear to be their native language. I'm still debating whether to return my device depending on how long it takes to get these advertised but not provided features and many small bug fixes, but I have to hurry! BTW, I bought mine from Fitbit, not Revain.
