After almost 6 months of use I have decided to throw it away and go back to my old regular shower head. Although I was happy with it for the first month, after that I started worrying about all sorts of problems. 1) When showering, the pipes made a very loud noise throughout the house. The seller said it was due to too much water pressure so I turned the pressure down which wasn't ideal but the noise was definitely still there and unacceptable. 2) After a month I didn't feel any difference in the softness of the water so I replaced the cartridge and that lasted about a month too. 3) Water began to lash from the head in different directions. 4) The biggest problem was the struggle with the shower curtain as the massive blast of air caused it to rise and stick to me. Even reducing water consumption did not help. When I went back to my old regular shower head, all of these problems were gone. I see that this product is currently unavailable, but if it ever comes back I wouldn't recommend buying it. This is rubbish and I'm sorry I didn't wait with my first review. First review - I've been using this shower head for three days and I'm very happy with it. I'm not lucky enough to live in an area where the water is gross (Orlando) and even though I have a filter in my house, my skin and hair are always dull and dry after a shower. When I lived in New York (the water is great), my hair was always soft and shiny. I have just returned from a 3 week holiday in England and Ireland and the soft water there has also left my hair soft and shiny. It prompted me to do something about that awful Orlando water so I ordered this shower head and I'm glad I did now that my soft shiny hair is back.
