Review on Highly Efficient VuPoint Solutions Magic Wand Portable Scanner - PDS ST415 WM by Therealwesley Shaw

I'm sure this is probably a good handheld scanner. I bought this product because I need the optical character recognition (OCR) function. The package contained a disc with ABBYY FineReader 10. I couldn't install it on my Windows 10 PC and when I looked it up on ABBYY website I found out that this application is not compatible with Windows 10 and no more supports. I called VuPoint and said I need to contact ABBYY as VuPoint doesn't support OCR software. I returned the scanner instead of trying to get legacy support. Just wanted potential buyers to be aware of this issue. If you already have OCR software that can work with PDF files, this scanner might be a good choice for your application.
