It's easy to set up, integrate with other applications (e.g., Salesforce), integrates well into our ERP system - it just works! We have been able use Proceeed as an Enterprise Resource Planning solution in lieu of Excel spreadsheets that were being used previously. The ability is also there if we need support from their team when integrating additional systems or customizations are required since they offer both API integrations & Customization services through them. Nothing really so far but I am sure will come across some issues once integration starts happening more widely within my organization. Using this tool has helped us streamline many business process including Procurement Management which was not possible using excel sheets beforeProceeded came along.
