Professional A+++

As a neuropsychiatrist, I have to say that Spectra479 Amber Blue Blocking Glasses are the most effective lens to help regulate the human biorhythmic circadian rhythm. I have reviewed and tested many goggles that claim to block truly destructive 450-510nm blue light based on both scientific and personal judgment. As skeptical as most people might be, these aren't just cheap orange lenses. As a result of extensive testing of these lenses with a blue light transmission filter and a photodiode transconductance amplifier, the recorded measurements were analyzed with a detailed analysis of the histogram levels of the penetrating reflection wavelength and some refraction, LUX and color temperature. I have found these goggles live up to their claim of accurately blocking the most critical wavelengths of 490-510nm with an overlap of the lower wavelengths which ARE CRITICAL! degrade and suppress its function. Melatonin-suppressing glasses work by eliminating a specific spectrum of blue light. Unfortunately, this is only 1/3 of the problem. Other factors of biorhythmic circadian regulation are also at work in the dark. Second only to the secretion of melatonin by the pineal gland are the hypothalamic hormones orexins, which act in the opposite direction. When refracted lower wavelength light enters the eye, certain neurons at the visual span level trigger the release of a hormone (mainly orexin-A) that tells our brain to stay awake instead of going into a nocturnal state. Circulating adenosine inhibits the response to melatonin receptors that act on the brain's frontal lobes, which also contributes to insomnia. Covering a broader blue spectrum beyond the 450-510 nm range, it not only induces the production and secretion of melatonin by the pineal gland, but also inhibits the action of the hormone orexin and promotes the breakdown of circulating adenosine (the third hormone responsible). to increase brain activity). In short, I've tried Popular Celebrities and over ten other brands. Because some claim they block blue light, they have not passed blue light spectrometric tests that effectively cover key wavelengths. Wearing these glasses can be uncomfortable at first, you will find that unlike the competition, it is impossible to identify a blue color area. The human brain is a phenomenal mechanism that adapts to strange situations. Give the glasses some time and you will get used to the light. I have not seen such properties anywhere else on the market. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! I am in NO EVENT affiliated with, affiliated with, or compensated for this review.
