Unexpected performance degradation out of specification
Unexpected performance out of specification. According to the specification, it delivers 1.5 l/min at a delivery head of 0.7 m at 40Β°C hot oil. That's 0.4 gpm at 28 inches at 104F. I wanted to pump at about 70F at about 36 inches. What I got was about 1 gallon in 30 minutes or about 0.03 gpm. And those 70 dB are real. So I don't think I would buy this knowing how much performance 12" more at 30F would degrade. I wouldn't buy it if I knew how it worked.
