Small footprint, great waffles

We haven't owned a Belgian waffle maker since our last one broke while spinning. This has always been the most common point of failure. I didn't want to spend a lot of money again on something that was going to break. I also didn't want to have a lot of space in our now small kitchen. I've always liked the flip concept because I think it makes waffles better. This is fully compliant. Inexpensive. Check. Little footprint. Check. Easy to clean. Check. Makes good waffles. Check. The waffle won't fall apart when you clean it, so let it cool and wipe with a tea towel. One technique to keep it in good condition is to place a few paper towels between two waffle stands when storing. It absorbs leftover oil to keep things going. eats well
