Review on Gel Shock Super Bag Boxing Gloves For Ringside Training by Mark Holloway

I have a few pairs of Ringside gloves and like all of them, but so far these are my least favorite. I think in part that is because these are only 12 oz gloves and I normally use 14 or 16 oz. However, these are still very nice gloves and I just prefer the way other gloves fit more than these. I cannot tell much difference between the gel in this set versus the all foam versions of my other gloves.I am not a boxer by any means, but I do have a teardrop bag and a body opponent bag that I use to get in some punches for a great cardio workout. I had a trainer teach me how to punch properly so that I did not hurt myself, and it is very important to also use a pair of wrist wraps with these or any other boxing gloves. The velcro'd wrist wrap on the glove is not enough to protect your wrists. The thumb is attached for safety, and the gloves are made from leather. The palms and thumb are not ventilated, so you can sweat more with these gloves than others.
