A nightmare when applying anywhere: WorkSpan
My favorite part about work span is that it's easy to use, I like being able to input all my information in one place for future reference. I do not enjoy filling out applications online and having them rejected or never even read because they don't want me as an employee. The only good thing we've found with this system is that you can apply through different methods but most companies are just straight up rejecting your application without reading what you have written. This really blows my mind, why would anyone reject someone who has been searching for employment and waiting patiently? Why wouldn't employers take time out of their day to fill out an application if their willing to make time to hire a person! If I did find a job through their site it was usually a no show, so no interview.
- You also had several options when applying such at submitting via email directly insteadof uploading documents etc.It let applicants get more info before ever stepping foot inside office building where i spent hours interviewing each candidate over 3 4 hour shifts multiple times per week every morning starting
