So many good things to say about this leash. We bought it for our golden newfie (golden retriever x newfoundland), because he is going to be a big boy at around 100 lbs. Right now he is just 7 months and 75 lbs and we desperately needed something that felt strong enough to handle him if he tried to run or jump to see a dog or person, and to be able to pull him away from something if needed. This leash is super sturdy, I have zero doubt that it will hold up to the strongest tugging. I also LOVE that it has a bungee section so that the shock is absorbed somewhat. In addition to that, the seatbelt buckle is perfect (we haven't used it yet but are planning to one day!) and the short handle has definitely come in handy when trying to redirect our big boy. All in all, excellent leash, very well constructed, with all the features you could want for your big doggo!
