I liked that they have so many options when it comes to choosing what you want your vlogs to look like after uploading them. They also offer free templates which are great if you're just starting out but once you've been using the service longer then those templates can get old pretty fast. It's almost impossible to upload videos at certain times due to their servers being overloaded. You could end up waiting forever or getting an error message saying "Sorry! We couldn't find any matching resources." Sometimes there would be no errors yet you'd still see nothing in the preview window even though everything looked fine. There were some problems where my first few uploaded videos wouldn't show up at all until I refreshed the page multiple times because they had failed to load properly.
