Great tool that makes filing much easier
I love how easy it was for our team members to learn this system - they were able to pick up very quickly! It's been great having all my HR files in one place so we can easily pull information when needed. There are some areas where there could be more customization options available such as adding different types of forms/documents or being able to have multiple tabs open within each document would help if you're trying to keep an eye on several things simultaneously. If you want something quick but still highly customizable then definitely try out 2b advice prime. We've seen immediate results from using their services since day 1. Our employees really like not needing to print everything out anymore which helps cut down on paper waste and saves us money too.

- Allows users who might otherwise struggle with technology access simple software while maintaining compliance requirements.
- Easy user interface / looks professional enough that management doesn't think "it seems kinda old" : )
- No mobile app? Not everyone has smartphone.
- Can only assign permissions per site; wish permission settings weren’t limited by org structure
