The best thing about this service was that they were always there for me when I needed them most - during my first month as an early employee at our startup (and before we had any revenue). They helped us get set up quickly after signing contracts in November 2015, but never really pushed to make sure things got done right or didn't fall through the cracks until it came time for billing cycle renewals last year. If you need help getting started or have questions along your journey don’t hesitate reach out via email/phone chat if available; otherwise use their ticketing system so someone will be able to answer directly within 24 hours. It took some work figuring how much bandwidth & storage space each user would require while also keeping costs down compared to other providers like AWS EC2 instances.
