Oh! That hurts. And it hurts like hell. BUT, it does a great job! At first I didn't think I would survive this pain. The military needs to buy some of these baddies for interrogations, forget the waterboarding. I actually found using warm water on my feet a little less painful. Don't even think about trying it with cold feet or goosebumps. You have to take breaks, and it's a very tiring process. It took me over an hour to do both legs. They will actually pulse and be very red afterwards, so don't try it in the morning. Do this before bed and then sleep. I always thought it was only worth it if the hair didn't grow back in 25 years. However, I can say that by day 4 my legs are still super smooth. With a razor I'd be picky the next day. So maybe it's really worth it. But don't expect it to come off without a twitch. It feels like getting a tattoo. My husband is pretty tough and I tried on his back and he was dying. But like my feet, it leaves a very smooth, razor sharp finish. His back looks great a few days later. The bottom line is, if you can take the pain, it smells pretty amazing.
