Sexy and comfortable! I read the reviews and still went with my usual M. Wish I would have listened and went for a S. The back strap is elastic, so it will stretch to fit your waist area. Mine does not stretch as it fits a little loose, crotch area is a roomy too, I'ma double D and the front is also roomy. So an S would have fitted perfectly. However it is very comfortable. Can't beat that plus it is sexy too and material is not itchy at all! . in case this might help, my waist measures 31-32 inches.
